We build power and distribution transformers up to 8000 KVA, wound, assembled and high-voltage tested on our own floor in Vadodara since 2017.

    Core and winding

    CRGO laminations; spiral, cross-over, helical or continuous disc windings.

  3. Stage 03

    Assembly

    Coil clamping, core-coil assembly, tanking and electrical brazing in-house.

  4. Stage 04

    Oil filtration

    4.5 KL mobile filtration plant, on the floor or on your site.

  5. Stage 05

    Testing

    Routine and type tests to IS 2026 in our own 33 kV bay.

  6. Stage 06

    Dispatch

    Installed and commissioned with our engineers present.

We do not sub-contract the part that matters.

Core cutting, winding, assembly, oil filtration and high-voltage testing all happen on our own floor in Vadodara. That is why we can hold a delivery date and stand behind a test certificate.
