Quality assurance is not a department here — it is the reason we kept testing in-house. Design, winding, assembly, oil filtration and high-voltage testing all happen under one roof in Vadodara, which is why we can stand behind every test certificate we issue.

How we hold the standard.
Reliability of design, a zero-failure aim, and strict adherence to laid-down quality-system standards — applied at every stage rather than checked at the end.
Design review
Magnetic circuit, windings, insulation, losses, impedance and short-circuit forces calculated to IS 2026 and IEC 60076 before any material is cut.
Incoming material check
CRGO laminations, conductor and insulating material inspected on arrival. A transformer is only as good as what goes into it.
In-process inspection
Coil clamping, core-coil assembly, tanking and brazing checked stage by stage on our own floor, not signed off at the end.
Oil filtration
Filtered through our 4.5 KL mobile plant to the required breakdown voltage before and after tanking.
Routine and type testing
Every unit routine-tested to IS 2026 in our own 33 kV bay. Type tests performed on request.
Documented and traceable
Each unit ships with its routine test certificate, GA drawing and rating plate details — the paperwork an inspector asks for.
The test bay, and what it proves.
Testing in-house is the difference between a delivery date we control and one we hope for. These are the facilities on our Vadodara floor.
